This website provides useful information to Complainants, Respondents, Panelists and all who are interested in the UDRP, UDRP jurisprudence and domain disputes in general.
The “Perspectives” include decisions of 5 (five) UDRP providers, comments on selected UDRP topics as well as links to some of the Internet Commerce Association (ICA) weekly UDRP Digest commentaries.
The project was created by a well-known Canadian TM and Domain Name lawyer and a UDRP panelist Zak Muscovitch and our partner, Igor Motsnyi.
The website will be regularly updated.
