ISDEF Spring 2013 conference took place in Belgrade, Serbia in the «Metropol Palace» hotel on 20 and 21 April 2013. This was the first ISDEF conference ever organized outside Russia and Ukraine.

Minister of trade and telecommunications of Serbia Rasim Ljajic opened the conference and welcomed the participants.

There were over 70 participants from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Germany, the US and other countries.

Igor Motsnyi moderated the legal round-table and Andrey Vasin spoke at the round-table on trademark and copyright litigation issues in Russia important for software businesses.
