Our partner and founder Igor Motsnyi spoke at the Czech Arbitration Court (CAC) panelists meeting in Prague on October 3, 2024.

Igor’s topic was “Free Speech and the UDRP” and among other things he discussed most recent UDRP decisions on free speech and criticism from different UDRP providers.

The CAC Panelists meeting 2024 gathered over fifty (50) UDRP, .EU and .CZ panelists from various countries and continents. They discussed numerous topics related to domain name disputes and UDRP jurisprudence.
