Igor Motsnyi successfully represented Respondent in a UDRP dispute over domain name <familypolicyfoundation .org>.
The WIPO 3-member panel supported Respondent’s arguments and denied the complaint. The dispute involved US-based parties (both Complainant and Respondent).
This was a complex case involving various UDRP issues including common law (unregistered) trademark, free speech as a legitimate interest and the notion of bad faith under the UDRP.
